Sometimes romantic, sometimes tragic, Dimes, Profiles and Wives will also make you think about families and humanity. Indeed, reading this novel will help readers discover the reasons why relationships do not work and, perhaps by doing so, find the partner who is meant for them. The book also explores what it means to be a Proverbs 31 Woman in an ever-changing world and it is a very enlightening read. I recommend this book to men and women out there who are looking for the right person they can spend the rest of their lives with!

About the Author
Toya Raylonn Vickers was born in Toledo and raised in Columbus, Ohio and currently lives in Dallas, Texas as an African American woman who loves the written word. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Ohio State University and matriculated at Howard University to gain a Master's in Social Work. In 2003, exactly two months before she was to graduate from Howard with top honors, she was involved in a life threatening car accident. After almost a six month hospitalization she returned to Columbus, Ohio and began the long road to recovery. Unable to walk and obtain the masters degree, she began writing, her lost talent, while in her hospital bed at Howard University Hospital.
During her fight to regain her place in society she was diagnosed with Bipolar I disorder. With much strength and courage she began the road to healing and in 2006 after much prayer and fasting she returned to her first love of writing, penned her first novel Dimes, Profiles, and Wives, and self-published in 2010. It was the first book of many to come for this author. She is a published poet and novice song writer. She dares to walk in the newness of life and humbly writes to glorify God. She feels that even though her life has been filled with many obstacles she can still contribute to the world through her gift of writing and hopes through this avenue more people will come to know who God is.
